On 4 July 2025, Friday, the IX & X Category of Senthil Public School, Krishnagiri conducted an *Art Integration competition* as part of its commitment to experiential and joyful learning, in line with CBSE and NCERT guidelines. The competition aimed to foster creativity, cultural awareness, and cross-curricular learning by integrating various art forms into the academic curriculum. The competition was open to students across the category and each class was divided into four groups to encourage group work. Each group’s artwork was required to reflect a specific theme, with a title provided for context. Shri. C. SRINIVASAN, the Senior Principal graced the event with his presence motivating the children. The valuable presence of Shri. VENKATA ALAGIRI, the Principal, Shri. MATHAIYAN, the CEO of our school and Academic Co-ordinators of other categories encouraged the children more. They motivated the children and appreciated their efforts. A school-level jury screened all entries based on criteria such as relevance to the theme & creativity, oriented to subject, futuristic sense, and presentation. The competition promoted critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration among students. By integrating Indian art and culture, students gained a deeper understanding of the nation’s heritage and values. The Art Integration competition not only celebrated student talent but also reinforced the CBSE’s vision of holistic, culturally-rooted, and experiential education. It provided a platform for students to express themselves artistically while deepening their academic understanding and appreciation for India’s diverse cultural landscape.
