தமிழ் மன்ற மாணவர்களின் படைப்பாற்றலையும் கலைத்திறனையும் வெளிக்கொணர்வதற்கு அர்பணிக்கப்பட்ட களம். தாய்மொழியின் வளம் பாடும் வானம்பாடிகளாய் உளம் கொண்டு எழ இம்மன்றம் துணை நிற்கும். புதிய சிந்தனைகளின் வாயிலாக மாணவர்களிடம் மொழியறிவையும் தமிழ் மொழியின் பெருமைகளையும் வளர்ப்பதே எங்கள் மன்றத்தின் குறிக்கோள்.
