Activity 1 - Date: 07.10.2025 Day: Tuesday Event Name: Field Trip to β Padmavathi Jain Temple and Kalabairavar Temple, Krishnagiri. The Students visited the Padmavathi Jain Temple, where students observed the architectural beauty and understood the core principles of Jainism such as peace, non-violence, and compassion. The final destination was the Kalabairavar Temple, a sacred and ancient temple known for its historical and spiritual significance. They learned about the rituals, traditions, and cultural values associated with Lord Kalabairavar. Throughout the trip, students actively interacted, asked questions, and received informative answers from the respective hosts at each location. The field trip was highly educational and inspiring, providing students with valuable knowledge beyond their textbooks. It enhanced their awareness of cultural heritage, religious diversity, and the importance of reading and lifelong learning.
Activity 2 - Date: 13.11.2025 Day: THURSDAY Content: HERITAGE CLUB has Conducted Traditional Food Festival Activities on 13.11.2025 (Thursday) in which Class - VIII children participated actively. "In a club, we don't just attend, we contribute, we grow, and we shine." The Heritage Club's recent activities were a huge success! Class - VIII students brought traditional food items for display and to share the health benefits of all our traditional food items to their peer group and they shared all their traditional food items with their friends and enjoyed the delicious items. Throughout the activity, students showcased their creativity, talent, and demonstrating the awareness to their peer group about the forgotten millets and consuming it in our day to day life. The Heritage Club's goal not only in verbal but implementing the ideas which has to be followed in our entire life.
Activity 3 - Date: 20.11.2025 Day: Thursday βThe convergence of Genuinely Genius-The Club Mela-2025β Club: Heritage Club- The Traditional Food Carnival. Our school's Traditional Food Carnival was a grand success, celebrating the rich culinary diversity of our country. Students, teachers, and guests enjoyed a wide variety of traditional dishes from different regions. Highlights: - Over 15 traditional dishes were showcased - Students actively participated in cooking and serving - Cultural performances and music added to the festive atmosphere - The event promoted cultural exchange and appreciation among students and Parents. Feedback: - Delicious and authentic food! - Great initiative to promote cultural heritage - Students did an amazing job!
